Open Outlook Express
Under The Tools Menu click on Accounts:
A pop up box - Internet Accounts will open:
Click on the Mail tab ; Click on Add - click on mail This will open the Internet Connection Wizard

Display name - Type in name you want on e-mail headers; click next

Check; I already have an e-mail address
E-mail address - Type in name@yourdomain.com
This is your actual e-mail address IE jabah@jabahweb.com
               The name can be anything
               yourdomain.com is your exact domain  click next

My incoming mail server is - POP3
Incoming mail (POP3) server - Type in your exact domain name ie.           www.jabahweb.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server - Type in web8.topchoice.com click next

Account Name: This is assigned by your web master, you will need to get this from your web master.
Password: This is assigned by your web master, you will need to get this from your web   master; click next

Click Finish;  Outlook expressed is now configured.

When logged onto the internet, open Outlook Express and click on send/recieve to get your e-mail

Typical OutLook Express terms:
POP Server - This is your web URL; yourdomain.com  ie.  www.jabahweb.com
SMPT Server - This is the server that sends your e-mail out to other computers; JabahWeb uses a central server so type in web8.topchoice.com
Account ID is your user name assigned by your web master;
Password - Is the password you will need to acess your e-mail account, assigned by your web master;
